Fun, friendly and relaxed! We are all about having a good time with friends and being respectful to others. We welcome everyone to enjoy the party and we aren’t interested in ego’s or attitudes!
You want to dance like a loon, go for it! You want to spend the weekend chilling in the bar, that’s cool with us. It’s your party too, enjoy it however you want… as long as you aren’t bothering anybody, we’re all for it!

Yes, There will be a small number of Bell Tents situated in the woods with their own dedicated parking area. These are available to book via the ticket link and can be configured as needed.

Yes, lucky you if you have such an option! however it will set you back £15 (to cover the additional land hire) and needs to be booked in advance.
There will be a designated area next to the car park for Campervans & Caravans.
Please remember to book when purchasing your tickets!

No. As soon as you arrive, everything around you is VIP, and so are you!

The line up has been announced and full set times will be published soon on our Instagram page. There will be something for everyone with different genres being played across both sound systems.

This is an outdoor, woodland site, so wheelchair access can be difficult in places, however we will do our very best to accommodate any special requirements.

Anyone who purchases a ticket will be emailed an exact gate location using ‘What 3 Words’. The party entrance is from the A36 near Steeple Langford and will have clear signage as you approach. Please note: The party is NOT located within Steeple Langford and you cannot access the entrance from the within the village. Please do not turn off the main road into the village. Keep your eyes peeled for event flags at the site entrance!

The gate will be monitored by site security at all times and access will only be granted to ticket holders. Please ensure you have your digital ticket with you at entry. Please note that you may be subject to searches as you enter. Anyone who is noticeably intoxicated will be refused entry.

Absolutely, yes! Running this scale of event requires a lot of effort and having additional members of the team really helps. If you are happy to work a shift, you can then stay and enjoy the party for the whole weekend. We need help with manning the gates, making sure people are parking in the correct areas, directing people to the appropriate camping areas, and just general tidying of the site. During the event we want you to enjoy yourself, party however you want as long as you don’t upset anyone else! Here are some more details to help you come prepared…

PLEASE DO NOT PEE IN THE WOODS - This is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, toilets are provided, make sure you use them.
PLEASE DO NOT WANDER OFF THE DESIGNATED SITE - This is a working farm with heavy machinery operating all around, so stay with the designated, party, camping & parking fields only.
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF STEEPLE LANGFORD - Access to the party is not located in the village. Please respect our neighbours and stay clear of the village. -

Sunday: 09:00-21:00
Monday: 09:00-12:00
No guest entry will be possible outside of these times. All persons must be off site by 12:00 Monday.

Over The Hill is an exclusive, boutique party, tickets are very limited with a total number of people on-site limited to 499.

Pet dogs are welcome but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. Please do not bring dogs into the party area (woods) and please clean up your dogs mess!

There is a designated campsite for those using tents. This will be signposted upon entry.

It is fine to bring a few drinks into the camping area, but please don’t bring any glass bottles, (these will be taken from you at the gate).
We allow people to bring in alcohol for personal consumption so a reasonable amount is allowed.
Our bar is of a very high standard and reasonably priced, so you shouldn’t need to bring too much.
Don’t forget we will have cold beer on tap from Dark Revolution brewery, which is going to be way better than any warm cans of lager that you can bring with you!

Of course. Like all other venues, we won’t tolerate acts of violence, assault or harassment.
Anybody acting in an aggressive manner will be escorted off site by security, so please behave yourself!
We won’t have you disturbing anyone else, and we won’t have anyone disturbing you.

As part of the site licensing agreement only fires provided and managed by the event organisers are permitted.
Please be aware of your surroundings when smoking and ensure that all cigarettes are extinguished properly.

Sorry, not this time. Please bring other means of hygiene with you such as wet wipes. And don’t forget your toothbrush!

No, but our bar and food vendor will accept card payments. Probably worth having some cash as a back up though!

Please do not use your smartphone on the dancefloor.
We don’t mind you taking a personal video or photos but please be respectful of others. Not everyone wants to be cast in your Instagram reels!
Please don’t hassle the DJ’s or make song requests! Not feeling a particular DJ? try the other sound system. The music is carefully programmed over the weekend so you’ll soon find your vibe!
Please respect those who are dancing! You want to throw shapes… throw them, you want to two step…you do you. Let’s just not kill anyone else’s vibe please!
If you feel unwell, please ask a member of staff for help. No shame. We’ve seen it before. Do the same if you see someone else in trouble. No one will judge you.
Stay hydrated, and pay attention to your drink. You are not on your own but you should take care of yourself.
Party as hard as you want, but please party responsibly.

Please be aware that everyone needs to be off site by midday Monday.
Please make sure you take all belongings with you, including your rubbish bags.
If you’ve lost something, please leave us a message on Instagram. Anything we find will be looked after until we find the rightful owner.
If you take anything by mistake, please also drop us a message and we can arrange getting it returned.
